Physiotherapy Services

Provision of physiotherapy services to youth and adults with neurological and neuromuscular conditions including but not limited to: cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, stroke, ataxia, Parkinson's Disease, muscular dystrophy and spinal muscular atrophy.

Physiotherapy services are mobile and provided in the home and community including: 

• Physiotherapy assessment 
• Rehabilitation and functional retraining 
• Hydrotherapy 
• Home exercise programs 
• Prescription of assistive technology including: wheelchairs, hoists, standing frames and walkers.

Referrals for plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants only.
